Advanced Business Methods Acquires
Millennium Systems Technology in Grand Forks, ND
The acquisition of Millennium Systems Technology brings another great North Dakota organization to Advanced Business Methods.
Grand Forks, ND August 31, 2023. Advanced Business Methods (ABM), a North Dakota office products and solutions company headquartered in West Fargo, ND, has acquired Millennium Systems Technology, a Grand Forks, ND based Information Technology Managed IT Services and Solutions provider. The official announcement was made in West Fargo on Friday August 25th. The move to acquire Millennium Systems Technology began in Spring of 2023.
“As we grow our IT presence thoughout our entire servicing area, this acquisition now provides comprehensive IT services up and down the Red River Valley and beyond”, said Jeff Ellingson President of ABM. “Our customers have requested this for many years and we are now delivering them these IT products, solutions, and support through our ABM Technology Group division, launched this year.”
The acquisition of Millennium Systems Technology adds to ABM’s mission and growth strategy.

Millennium Systems Technology will be transitioned to the ABM Technology Group division of Advanced Business Methods.
