Field Service Technician – Bismarck
Location: Bismarck, ND
Compensation: Depends on experience

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hours per week)
Position Summary
ABM is seeking a full-time Field Service Technician to identify and repair issues with office technology equipment such as copiers, printers, scanners, and more. This role requires a proactive individual who can deliver excellent customer service by servicing equipment at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively as a member of our service team, contributing to the group’s productivity.
- Provide exceptional customer service by repairing and servicing office technology equipment at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, performing necessary mechanical or electrical adjustments.
- Utilize product manuals, multimeters, laptops, and manufacturer tech support to diagnose and repair equipment.
- Manage assigned resources, including parts, tools, vehicle, laptop, and cell phone.
- Attend training sessions provided by our in-house trainer to stay current with industry advancements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and courteous service.
Qualifications
- Experience Level: 1 year of experience preferred but not required.
- Background in networking, electronics, or mechanical components is a plus.
- Experience with office equipment is appreciated but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer locations.
- Willingness to learn—ABM provides training for all levels of experience.
